With pumping bass lines, catchy melodic arrangements and sleek styling, Radio INK’s appeal has grabbed the attention of various journalists, international bloggers and industry insiders who are hailing the group as following the footsteps of Sneaky Sound System, The Presets and Rogue Traders.

Radio INK are the Sydney trio who are living proof that good things do come out of 5am email exchanges. Yes, really. Read on.

When DJ’S Dic Money and Ronny Clark found Miss S early one morning singing in a nightclub, they knew they’d found their princess of the dancefloor [see it’s sounding magical already].

Cue several Myspace chats [some may call it cyber-stalking, but it was honestly about music. Harmless, well mostly], and BOOM! A new Australian electro-pop sensation was born - Radio INK.

Radio INK’s debut single, Wish U Were Here, shot straight onto 2 DAY FM, Australia’s #1 commercial radio station, and featured on the Hot 30 Countdown and Take 40 Australia - plus also scored a national TV snyc deal. The supporting video clip aired on Video Hits and Rage.

Last Friday Miss S and Ronny Clark travelled to Melbourne’s Crown Casino to debut Radio INK’s next single, PHYSICAL, to 800 of Australia’s top commercial radio directors and music industry peeps. Seriously cool.

The band were invited to perform as part of their recent NA2R win - giving their single PHYSICAL major radio airplay support around the country in December.

So did Radio INK rock it in Melbourne? HELL YES. Well that’s what they were told after experiencing ‘sensory overload’ and not recalling any of the performance. Check out the photos for proof.

Special thanks to Commercial Radio Australia for all their support + drummer Marc Malliate + Tight Tigers + Belinda our makeup queen… Congrats also out to Dic Money who was with the band in spirit - preparing for his wedding the very next day!!!
